JULIE A. MCNEILL received her B.A. from Suffolk University in 1991 summa cum laude and her J.D. from Massachusetts School of Law in 2002 magna cum laude. She has also completed graduate courses in Negotiation and Mediation at the University of Massachusetts. Julie practices civil litigation, including representing policyholders in insurance coverage matters and representing applicants and abutters appealing local and state agency decisions in the areas of environmental, zoning and land use matters. She has handled a number of cases involving rights of access to property, adverse possession, and other title disputes. Julie has argued in courts throughout Massachusetts, including Superior Courts, the Land Court, and the Supreme Judicial Court, and has represented individual and commercial clients in permitting and enforcement actions before the Massachusetts Department of Environmental Protection and the Division of Administrative Law Appeals. She also previously worked at DEP for five years in both the Boston and Northeast Regional offices. Julie was born and raised in Everett, Massachusetts, and currently resides in Dracut, Massachusetts, with her husband and two children.
